colette was the first shop in the world to carry Mutewatch and started selling on 9 July, 2011
Our friends at Unit Portables were recently in Paris and sent us this greeting from colette. Thanks Pernilla and Andreas!
If you find yourself in Paris – pop by colette and ask for Seb or someone else at the hightech section at colette and they will give you a demo of the watch.

Colette was the first in the world to believe in us and ordered as early as July 2010 – before the design launch of Mutewatch when we released the first images of the watch and at a time of which all we had was a white (and rather dirty) prototype with the battery dangling from it. Still, they loved the concept of Mutewatch!
Located on 213 rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, the three floor 8,000 square feet concept store contains an exhibition space, bookshop, and a water bar serving more than 100 brands of bottled water. Behind Colette are Sarah Lerfel and her mother, Colette Roussaux, for whom the store is named. Their policy is to always be new, fresh, surprising – and streets ahead of the rest.
Check out pics from our global launch at Colette here. On the day we launched, Karl Lagerfeld himeself marched into Colette and bought three Charcoal Grey Mutewatches..!
