I thought of all the people sending us email wondering if the Mutewatch fits a thin wrist when I saw this lovely photo of Livia, CMO at Mutewatch.
With an eye for design and styling, Livia manages not only to impress with her stunning wardrobe, but successfully channels her creative talents into her marketing work at Mutewatch. On a daily basis, CMO Livia Moore handles the external communication for Mutewatch- managing graphics, social media, PR and more. “My task is to make sure that all communication is in line with the brand image that we hope to maintain”, explains Livia, who has been a part of the Mutewatch team for almost two years alongside her studies at the Stockholm School of Economics.
Starting out with the blog and the homepage, Livia’s list of tasks has grown substantially since. Product packaging, photo shoots, campaigns, events, exhibits; you name it, Livia’s on it. “The biggest challenge right now is going global, following our brand strategy for the new markets we are entering.” Aside from all the marketing work, Livia also handles the responsibility for the US as a whole, working with retailers and managing the market launch.
Born in Stockholm with a British-Swedish family, Livia enjoys getting to know new cultures and seeing new cities. “One of the most fantastic things about my job is all the travelling”, she explains, having represented Mutewatch in Los Angeles, Chicago, Berlin and many more cities around the world.
Livia finds a lot of her inspiration from New York City, where she lived last fall and this past summer. “I love all the hidden jewels- little restaurants, fun bars and small parks”. At the moment however, San Francisco tops the wish list of holiday destinations.
Rob and Mai-Li at Atmos in Harlem
We stopped by Atmos in Harlem the other day and their order of Mutewatches had just arrived. In the store we met an awesome guy called Rob who bought the first Mutewatch at Atmos! Rob is now one of our U.S. ambassadors. Later that evening we went to the Red Rooster Harlem and he introduced us to the top chef Marcus Samulesson.
